Laura Sue D’Annunzio is the Chief Human Resources Officer at MGT, where she leads the firm’s human resources strategy, talent operations, and people programs to support employees across the organization. She brings decades of experience guiding organizations through growth, transformation, and organizational change, with expertise spanning talent strategy, leadership development, compensation, organizational design, and culture.
Before joining MGT, Laura Sue served as Chief People Officer at NewRocket, where she helped integrate six boutique ServiceNow partners into a unified global organization of more than 600 employees. Earlier, she was Chief People Officer at Rackspace, a $2 billion global technology services company, and held senior human resources leadership roles at Grant Thornton and Bain & Company. She also spent nearly 20 years in management consulting, including as a partner at Kearney and Booz Allen, advising organizations on strategy and transformation.
At MGT, Laura Sue is focused on strengthening the firm’s people strategy, modernizing HR operations, and building scalable programs that support employee growth, organizational performance, and MGT’s mission-driven culture.
