Since then, our network operation and support have vastly improved, providing greater stability. Previously plagued by frequent downtime, such occurrences are now rare and well-understood. Our PLCs (professional learning communities) are more focused, there is no off-topic chatter, and teachers are very punctual with the time. Every little part of the tool keeps the meeting moving, which is missing in a lot of other PLC meetings.
