As a technical service provider, MGT has closely and strategically collaborated with teachers and leaders from within our district to analyze data, identify strengths and opportunities for improvement within the lowest performing student subpopulations, and develop plans for implementation with a narrow focus on the highest impact levers. MGT closely collaborates to build capacity of educators, progress monitor goals, and adjust course, as needed.
The network downtime severely affected customer service, our reputation, and operational efficiency. Seeking assistance, we reached out to MGT. Since then, our network operation and support have vastly improved, providing greater stability. Previously plagued by frequent downtime, such occurrences are now rare and well-understood. Our network operation and call quality issues are now a thing of the past!
I use the Bento Survey Explorer to understand where folks are using high-quality curriculum and am able to link this to student performance outcomes on the Bento Dashboard to identify gaps or differences in district performance.
We’ve worked with MGT over the years and more recently on a large-scale infrastructure upgrade. MGT provided exceptional project management, support and installation services which streamlined the upgrade and greatly reduced implementation times. Their team was responsive and mitigated unforeseen issues quickly and effectively. The comprehensive documentation that was provided at the end of the project facilitates simplified management along with future upgrades and enhancements.
MGT has been a huge help in working with the district to resolve several complex facilities challenges. Additionally, they have been instrumental in assisting us with obtaining district friendly mitigation agreements. The depth of knowledge that the MGT staff possesses is extremely beneficial to us as a smaller district!
MGT came in and gave structure and process to our school improvement efforts. They worked with faculty and staff to build on existing talent and aptitudes. They worked with the NEFEC to help us develop a response plan to interim data and reporting. Their team has been available to us whenever we needed them. Over the past four years, MGT has served as my facilities experts. Together we have successfully negotiated a community facilities district with a local developer, competitively selected a pool of architects and a construction manager, and worked with OPSC on our eligibility for state facility dollars for various projects.
