For more than a decade, MGT has provided our District with an effective facility planning strategy that includes options for growth, asset management, reporting compliance, and financial accounting. From architect/contractor selection to project management, they provide support throughout the process and ensure that construction is efficiently planned, proceeds on schedule, remains within budget, and is completed on time.
When MGT came in, they heard and they listened and they took the pieces that were already there in the administrative team and then they personalized professional learning opportunities for us … they took it to a whole different level.
Colleges have a large number of devices (up to 20+ per student) – students want to be on 24/7, especially those in dorms; we can’t afford to have the Wi-Fi disconnect for even a minute or we get thousands of complaints and there’s no way we can monitor 24/7 with internal staff.
MGT helps us identify our problems, and they bring solutions to the problems that are in the best interest for VIPA… MGT is taking that long-term personal relationship and partnership approach which we value greatly at VIPA.
MGT is the only vendor authorized to configure our network. Their engineers are knowledgeable and understand our network. They do the heavy lifting with planning, project management, communication, configuration, installation, training, and documentation – all of which allows us to focus on other priorities
The network downtime severely affected customer service, our reputation, and operational efficiency. Seeking assistance, we reached out to MGT. Since then, our network operation and support have vastly improved, providing greater stability. Previously plagued by frequent downtime, such occurrences are now rare and well-understood. Our network operation and call quality issues are now a thing of the past!
