Cities and governments have a wider network to monitor than schools and a lot more infrastructure e.g., traffic lights, multiple buildings, etc. – it benefits them to have an MSP providing 24/7 monitoring instead of hiring FTEs for it.
The network downtime severely affected customer service, our reputation, and operational efficiency. Seeking assistance, we reached out to MGT. Since then, our network operation and support have vastly improved, providing greater stability. Previously plagued by frequent downtime, such occurrences are now rare and well-understood. Our network operation and call quality issues are now a thing of the past!
Our PLCs (professional learning communities) are more focused, there is no off-topic chatter, and teachers are very punctual with the time. Every little part of the tool keeps the meeting moving, which is missing in a lot of other PLC meetings.
