Erin is the Chief Data Officer at MGT, specializing in data transformation. Prior to joining MGT, she was a co-founder of Kitamba, a social impact consulting and products firm dedicated to dramatically improving learning and life outcomes for all children. When Kitamba joined MGT, Erin became Executive Vice President of the Education Solutions Group before moving to her current role.
Erin has worked with a variety of clients including the Gates Foundation, the College Board, and dozens of state and district school systems. Before co-founding Kitamba, she was the Chief of Data and Accountability for the District of Columbia Public Schools. She also held data-focused positions at the California Charter Schools Association, Los Angeles Unified School District, and Los Angeles Educational Partnership.
Erin earned an undergraduate degree at the University of Notre Dame and a master’s degree in public policy at U.C.L.A. Erin is passionate about the work she does because she believes that a good education is the single most important opportunity a child can be given, and that no child should be deprived of that opportunity.
