Estridge will lead MGT’s enterprise growth strategy and establish a unified commercial approach designed to accelerate organic growth and expand the value MGT delivers across its technology and advisory portfolio.

As Chief Growth Officer, Estridge will lead a team that works across Technology Solutions and Advisory Solutions to create a more connected and disciplined go-to-market engine. His mandate includes strengthening market coverage, improving pipeline development and conversion, expanding cross-selling and solution bundling, and building the commercial capabilities needed to support MGT’s next stage of scale.

Estridge brings more than 25 years of technology and public-sector growth leadership to MGT, including extensive experience serving state, local and education markets. He has led billion-dollar businesses at Palo Alto Networks and Lenovo and built large, high-performing commercial organizations. At Palo Alto Networks, Estridge’s SLED organization delivered approximately 30% annual growth and $250 million in net-new revenue in his final year. At Lenovo, he helped scale the company’s public-sector business and established its U.S. Government business.
