MGT partnered with the City of Cudahy to evaluate job classifications, compensation structures, and competitive market data, identifying opportunities to improve pay equity and modernize job descriptions. The resulting recommendations helped the City strengthen its approach to employee recruitment and retention, with all recommendations approved by City Council.
City of Minot, ND | Executive Recruitment Search
MGT partnered with the City of Minot, North Dakota, to conduct a nationwide executive search for an Assistant City Manager, identifying and evaluating qualified candidates to meet the City’s leadership needs. Through a targeted recruitment process, MGT helped the City appoint a leader with a strong background in operations, infrastructure, and community engagement.
New York City | Targeted Hiring Programs
MGT partnered with New York City to evaluate the economic impact of local hiring policies, using workforce data and economic modeling to identify opportunities for job creation and community investment. The study found that a targeted local hiring program could create more than 8,400 jobs, strengthen neighborhood economies, and maximize the impact of public spending.
