Adam Appleby is Executive Vice President, MGT and President of Advisory Solutions, where he leads the firm’s integrated advisory solutions portfolio serving state, local, and education (SLED) agencies nationwide. He brings extensive experience leading large-scale public sector organizations, driving business transformation, and building high-performing teams that deliver measurable impact for government clients and the communities they serve.
Before joining MGT, Adam led a $1.5 billion public sector solutions business, overseeing growth, operations, and performance across a broad portfolio of government-focused services. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and former Army officer, he is also a GE-trained general manager with deep expertise in organizational leadership, operational excellence, and enterprise-scale transformation.
At MGT, Adam is focused on expanding the firm’s advisory capabilities, strengthening client partnerships, and accelerating growth while advancing MGT’s mission of helping public sector organizations solve their most critical challenges.
