Omar Bhatti is Executive Vice President of MGT and President of its Technology Solutions Group (TSG), leading the firm’s technology services portfolio for state, local, and education (SLED) agencies nationwide. He has spent his career scaling complex technology organizations through growth, acquisition integration, and operational excellence, with a consistent focus on customer outcomes and high-performing teams.
Before MGT, Omar served as President of Services and Chief Customer Officer at C1 (formerly ConvergeOne). In that role, he unified nine services organizations spanning more than a dozen acquisitions into a single global delivery platform and led the company’s pivot from project-based work to recurring, technology-enabled managed services. Earlier, as Vice President and General Manager of Technology Shared Services at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), he ran the company’s Louisiana operations on the National Cyber Research Park campus in Bossier City across its Integrated Technology Center and Customer Engagement Center. There, he deepened the state partnership, working with Louisiana Economic Development and area universities to build a resilient cybersecurity ecosystem for the region.
At MGT, he is focused on strengthening the technology solutions platform and expanding the impact of its technology services for public sector clients.
