MGT conducted an update to the availability data from ODOT’s disparity study update (study period 2008 to 2010). The study assisted ODOT in identifying relative availability of DBE firms and calculating overall DBE goals for 2014 through 2016. After the completion of the study, ODOT accepted and implemented the findings as well as adopted the goals developed by MGT.
