Our team was very put-at-ease and interested in how MGT has such a deep bench – not just of individuals but of resources. We knew that no matter what challenge we encountered as Pitkin County, MGT had probably already seen it or had a resource in their library to help us assess how to move forward. In the end, having the Equity team there to serve us made it feel like a small family. We always felt like our needs were taken care of, and having a larger organization to rely on for resources really shines through in the Equity team’s ability to show up for their customers.

Many consultants couldn’t do what you do. Your ability to connect with staff – the DEI committee and those who are not comfortable with DEI work – was a difference maker.
