Melanie Hill-Anderson has served as an educator for over 25 years. Starting as a special education teacher, Melanie’s commitment to student success led her through various roles, including intervention specialist, assistant principal, and principal. As a transformational principal, Melanie significantly impacted four schools within the Hillsborough and Pinellas County School Districts. Currently, she serves as a Transformation Specialist with the MGT Hillsborough team, where she loves working with school teams to increase student achievement and promote a positive school culture. Her passion for collaborative efforts to elevate student achievement underscores her commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
