Chantal, as Senior Vice President of MGT’s Human Resources and Culture, leads the internal team dedicated to cultivating a world-class environment. Her experience in change management, strategic workforce planning, HR operating model and process design. leadership alignment, job profile and description creation, project management, talent management, policy inventory and review, and post-merger HR integration provides the foundation for driving internal success.
She holds a Master of Science in Managerial Sciences with a double concentration in Business Analysis and Human Resource Management from Georgia State University and is a Society of Human Resources Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
