MGT conducted a disparity study update for the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority. This study included a policy, programs, and procedures review of their DBE and W/MBE programs, a legal review, data evaluation and collection, market area, utilization, and availability analysis, disparity analysis, private sector analysis, anecdotal evidence gathering, recommendations, a draft and final report. In the end, MGT’s findings were not only accepted but implemented and the goals developed were adopted by the agency.
