Peter Rosca has been with MGT since March 2020. Since joining the team, he has assisted with numerous school projects, working directly with district personnel. The projects encompassed and utilized student forecasts, student generation rates, custom mapping, project analysis, development research, online mapping tools, and many elements, tools, and skills. Peter’s focus is to use GIS software to identify and analyze the spatial relationship between a student population and the schools within a district’s boundaries. This information is beneficial in allowing districts to visually understand their student population, which will further aid in planning for future school sites, identifying resident trends, and allowing for precise boundary planning.
