Texas State University-San Marcos contracted with MGT to prepare a Market and Financial Feasibility Review of the Campus Housing System. The project involved market research, a facilities review, demand estimates, determination of project options, and financial feasibility analyses. Based on market research findings, MGT proposed a series of 13 projects – including renovation, demolition, and new facility construction – to enhance and increase the University’s housing stock over the coming decade. A financial analysis was completed, which included proformas.
