MGT provides Geographic Information Systems, GIS, services under Texas DIR Contract DIR-CPO-6028. MGT’s offerings under this contract focus on on-call GIS support, ArcGIS Online implementation and management, parcel fabric migration and maintenance, critical incident and school safety mapping, indoor GIS mapping and asset inventory, and custom GIS portals and map galleries.
MGT does not directly provide digital land surveying services or digital land surveying support under DIR-CPO-6028. Any surveying-related support, if required and approved under the contract, would be handled through an approved subcontracting arrangement.

Awarded GIS Services

MGT’s DIR-CPO-6028 offerings include the following GIS services. These services are available on an hourly basis and are scoped through written quotes consistent with the contract.

On Call GIS Services
Flexible hourly or task-based GIS support for mapping, spatial analysis, data maintenance, and general Esri platform assistance. Services include staff augmentation, special project support, and rapid-response mapping for public-facing or internal use.
Configuration, optimization, and administration of ArcGIS Online environments including group permissions, content organization, web application creation, and security compliance. Ensures efficient collaboration and access to geospatial data across departments.
Conversion of legacy parcel data into the modern Esri Parcel Fabric model, including topology correction, boundary accuracy improvements, and integration with assessor and planning workflows. Enables efficient parcel editing, splits, combinations, and long-term maintenance.
Development of GIS-enabled emergency maps and indoor layouts using LiDAR, CAD, and floorplans. Final products include detailed site maps for schools and public facilities integrated with response plans, asset locations, and access routes.
Floor-level spatial mapping of public facilities, including schools, administrative offices, and medical facilities. Data is captured through CAD conversions and LiDAR where available, and made accessible via web maps and dashboards.
Setup and branding of secure GIS portals to host web maps, dashboards, reports, and data download tools. Uses Esri Hub or other ArcGIS Online-based solutions for centralized access and stakeholder communication.

DIR-CPO-6028 Pricing

DIR-CPO-6028 services are priced hourly. The published list price is $160/hour. The DIR discount is 6.25%, resulting in a DIR customer price of $150/hour.

Purchase Agreements

Warranty Policy

Customers may provide written notice to MGT of errors, inaccuracies, or other deficiencies in products or services provided under a purchase agreement within thirty calendar days of receipt of an invoice for the products or services. MGT will correct the error, inaccurate information, or other deficiency at no additional cost to the customer.

Return Policy

MGT’s services under DIR-CPO-6028 are professional GIS services and project-based support services. Because these services are custom and labor-based, completed and accepted services are not returnable. If a customer identifies an error, inaccuracy, or deficiency within thirty calendar days of receipt of an invoice, MGT will correct the issue at no additional cost to the customer, consistent with the warranty policy above.
