Who We Are

MGT is a nationwide leader in providing comprehensive and targeted solutions to improve student learning outcomes. Our team members are all educators first, with deep experience in classroom, school, and district leadership. We support districts in aligning, implementing, and managing various initiatives simultaneously.

MGT partners with districts and campuses to identify proven, high-leverage strategies to support instructional improvements, including leading diagnostic/appraisal processes, instructional coaching, leadership coaching, professional development, and strategic implementation support. Our areas of expertise include instructional planning, curriculum implementation, classroom routines and procedures, differentiation strategies, observation and feedback cycles, and data-driven practices.

Dr. LaTeesa Allen is a seasoned education leader with over 25 years of experience in public school administration, curriculum, and management. She has held key roles at the school, district, and state levels, including Superintendent, Chief Program Officer, and Interim Deputy State Superintendent. With expertise in innovative school models, equity-driven initiatives, and strategic system development, she has successfully led efforts to improve student outcomes, particularly for marginalized populations. Recognized for her contributions to education reform, Dr. Allen has influenced policy, revitalized programs, and developed statewide initiatives. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of South Florida.
